Hello Blue...

Yes some from census and others from the 1837 site... but because the registration district is not Carleton Rode but Dearham, its not guaranteed that they are from Carleton Rode.

That is why I said any particular names you require, I do have some credits available in the 1837 site and would happily do a reference search for you.

best wishes

Hi Mo.
Thank you for the reply, The below names are mine, and belong to George W  &  Elizabeth  Bush formaly Smith,
There was a suggestion that Rosa Ellen Bush was the aboves daughter who turns up on the 1881 census aged 11 mths,

George W  &  Elizabeth  Bush formaly Smith,
Amelia Bush born 1887 Carleton Rode
Edith Bush born 1890 Carleton Rode
Frederick I Bush born 1886 Carleton Rode
George W Bush born 1881 Carleton Rode
Robert Bush born 1884 Carleton Rode

I also believe that George and Elizabeth might well have been married at Carleton Rode 1879.

The census from 1891 will not include George senior as he is away in prison, for what ever reason.

If you can spear the time and credits, i would be gratfull for what you can find.

regards and thanks.

Dear Mo;

You have certainly been busy, i am trully indepted to you, this all fits in so nicly with the small amount of info I had, some of which has sent me to the wrong areas for some time.

All these are connected , Amelia is my grandmother, Robert Bush was KIA in wwi, he and his story will appear in the Diss Mercury this week, and again in the Dispatch mag in Attleborough in Jan 06.

I hope i have not used all your credits, and if there is anything I can help you with please let me know, you will find a link to my village web site where you will see my area.

again many thanks for your efforts and help, i am so pleased to have found some meat on the bone...

kind regards ...

May your home always be too small to hold all your friends.
