Is there anything else you know regarding Frances? I can't find a single match in census returns or on the IGI.

  The only other thing i know is that Francis Monk married a William Charles Henry Hughes ( cannot find Marriage ) had a number of children and as far as i know  Rosalin May born 1898, William Henry born 1899, were born in Walthamstow London but are not on the 1901 census.

What makes you say she was from Derbyshire?
+ would she have had children at age 50??

 I do have a suspect about place and year of birth, i am working on the
information from the person i am trying to help, it is only verbal information
passed down by word of mouth,

I can see 2 nurse children in Walthamstow.
Aggie Hughes age 6 b. Hackney   
Willie Hughes age 1 b. Leyton 
with a family named Hall. Guess you already saw them?

 Yes i saw them,  there was a Alfred and Violet Hughes children but i do not know the birth dates, or the birth dates of other children.

Can't see a birth registered for Rosalin May Hughes either...
