OK, went to have a look at your previous posts. The girl is called Rosina, right?

Still can't spot her in 1901 though.

 Sorry my spelling mistake, i could not find Rosina or William Henry on the
1901 census.

Have you already checked the address 27 West Street in 1901? You can do that on the 1901 census site:

but you have to pay...

Well, Rosina's birth was registered:

Births Mar 1898
Hughes    Rosina May    W. Ham 4a 408

(West Ham reg. district covers Walthamstow.)

But I can't find her on census either!  Could they have been out of the country in 1901? 

I think you're going to have to convince the person you're helping to invest in a birth cert to find out more - father's age and occupation + confirmation of both parents' names would really come in handy...

 Thanks. Parents names where  William Charles Henry Hughes and
Frances Monk, on Rosinas marriage cert in 1918 his occupation is Miner, on his
sons William Henry in 1920 he is down as a carpenter. from what i gather
both parents died young.
