1841 Census - Buckinghamshire
« on: Wednesday 30 November 05 04:08 GMT (UK) »
I have two George Eggletons born in Buckinghamshire in 1827, one is a direct ancestor, the first one, and the second I think is his cousin and therefore a relative.
In the 1861 Census they are married with families and they are sharing the same house in Middlesex and also, both are 'Horse Keepers".
They are:
George Eggleton Head abt, 42
Mary Eggleton Wife abt 40
George Eggleton, aged abt 14, Born Chesham

And:

William Eggleton
Mary Eggleton
George Eggleton, aged abt. 14, Born Little Kimble

If anyone has the 1841 Census and could help me out it would be much appreciated.

1841 Great Kimble

HO107/41/14 fol 6

Thomas Eggleton 40y
Mary 40y
Sophia 15y
George 15y
Mary 13y
Harriet 3y

Your other George may be at Weston Turville . No obvious family with him
HO107/43/8 fol 12

The way to go may then be the marraige cert of either George.
