1841 SIMS at GROVE

Hello,

Could anybody please help with 1841 details. Looking for JOHN SIMS aged approx 67 (possibly a Dairyman), wife ELIZABETH aged approx 62, & any family. Living at GROVE, WANTAGE.

They were my 4XGt Grandparents, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS AGAIN. That's fine.
I thought at first you meant Wokingham, near Bracknell.
Must admit I didn't realise that any area of Grove / Wantage was called Wokingham.
That's something else I've learnt.

That's weird - Wokingham and Wantage are not really near one another.  I've looked at the map and from local knowledge as well I'm not aware of a Grove near Wokingham or a Wantage near Wokingham.

I think we need behindthefrogs - I think he lives in Wokingham!
