The area for reference said Wokingham,wantage so I assumed I had the right entry I will look again if it's not

Could anybody please help with 1841 details. Looking for JOHN SIMS aged approx 67 (possibly a Dairyman), wife ELIZABETH aged approx 62, & any family. Living at GROVE, WANTAGE.

Hello,

MANY THANKS to Paul for the info you have given.
This corresponds with the info supplied by Angie.
Also the names, ages, & occupation of JOHN, ELIZABETH, and MARY, tally with records which I have so far traced.

It appears that the Berks / Oxford border has been fiddled with more than once which doesn't help matters either.

Still unsure how Wokingham came into things, but THANK YOU ALL for your assistance.
