***COMPLETED***Help with 1901 census image please

I am having trouble trying to work out what 3 words say on the attached part of a census image.

If you look at the top line, Elizabeth Jerman, what is her full occupation.  I can read 'Hall', but it's the second word I can't read.  I can see a word written above that looks like 'public'.

Secondly, further down there is another Jerman family and this time it's Ada Jerman's occupation.  It says Lady's Maid, but what's the word in brackets after?

Finally, what is Ada's 14 year old sister's first name? It certainly seems an odd name!!!!

Many thanks for any help.

Thanks very much.

I can see the words now.......easy when you've got the answers ;D

As Harry pointed out, the word "Public" was entered later.  I am transcribing this page for the 1901 Leftovers Site, so would I include that word in my transcription or just type Hall Keeper?

This is more difficult to answer  :P
I'd say the word 'public', as opposed to the other word scribbled next to it (and which I'm unable to decipher!), was added by the enumerator himself, and not by the statisticians or whatever who tick the lines afterwards. Therefore I would mention it. Under what form, I'm not sure: Public Hall Keeper or Hall Keeper (Public)...

I thought perhaps the other abbreviation was Care...... possibly for Caretaker?
