Charles Hall Catherine Lander Marriage

Hello,

I am trying to find marriage records for Charles Hall and Catherine Lander who had a son, John at Crossbarrow, Cumberland in 1845.

Not sure that I can help much with your actual query but I just wanted to make sure that you have searched www.familysearch.org and that you also know about FreeBMD - although it is not full coverage.   All BMDs are on www.1837online.com but that is a paying site.  However a name like Lander is quite unusual so it may not take too long to find.  Is John their first child?   Have you found the family in 1851?
www.genuki.com also has a lot of links to other sites.
It must be so hard trying to do all this from Australia.  At least there is much more on the web now than there was a few years ago.

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for taking the  time to get back to me.    I have tried familysearch, freebmd  and Ancestry, amongst others.  My next stop is 1837 online.
