If you click on the big "Search" button at the top of the RootsChat screen and type the word "Heaps" you will see other posts relating to that name and possibly identify other RootsChatters that are interested in the name.

Hello Lorraine,

I came across your post by accident, looking for other things and the name Heaps struck my eye. I have a birth certificate for Elizabeth Hannah HEAPS Daughter of William the Iron Dresser and Annie nee Holmes. Born 21st Dec 1869 in Manchester.


If this is of any interest to you, you may have it either electronically or in the flesh, gratis.

I have no Heaps in my family, and I still don't know why this certificate was sent to me. It was with others I ordered.

I think you can email me thru Rootschat, otherwise I will keep an eye open for a response and get back to you.
