Hannah Ruffle Stepney look up request.

I'm looking for information, pre 1881, on Hannah Ruffle born Stepney c.1842. She married?? Stephen Knight  (no record found). In 1881 they were living in Mauneys Lane, Romford with 8 children from Mary 1866 to Arthur 1881. Hannah was born in Stepney.
