  Phoebe Rabbitts,born 1870, In 1881 she was in The Dorset home and Industrial school, Pool,Dorset. Was she there in 1871?. Eny help would be appreciated.

Then looked on
http://www.missing-ancestors.com/  - a site for "Ragged and Industrial Schools" and found an entry for "Dorset Home and Certified Industrial School" but no inmate data,

Then tried the Online Parish Clerk OPC site:
http://www.dorset-opc.com/

Found 15 entries for Rabbitts, but no Phoebe !
