Preston Wynne Church records ??

Does anyone know if the records for Preston Wynne Church are at Hereford Record Office.  The reason I ask is that I have tried searching on the web for some christenings that I know took place there, but have not been able to find them.  I have seen some records at HRO but not the ones that I am after:

Just incase anyone has access to the records I am interested in finding out about the following:

Jessie Wanklyn married Sidney Bayliss 23rd February 1935 at Preston Wynne

Sidney John Bayliss born 2nd July 1936 at Tewkesbury Glos - but insists he was christened at Preston Wynne !!
