Hi
I also have Mullins in my family tree, co.Limerick - can you give any other info, ie where does the name crop up in your tree, who are they married to or whatever? Any place names attached to the people Mullins are connected to etc?

Mine are from parish of Kilbehenny co.Limerick, are related to Baileys of same parish, mid 1800's and into 20th century.

Any more clues gratefully received - I know there were many Mullins families just in that area, there are probably loads more throughout LImerick too.

Cheers

If you ever come across a Daniel Mullins who married Honora please let me know! My Mullins were of Deptford, London during the late 1800's. I have them in the census returns for 1861 possibly and 1871 & 1881.  Family think they were originally from Killarney but haven't had luck finding them yet.
There were several Mullins around Deptford including a Patrick Mullins.
Their daughter Margaret Mullins married Thomas Robinson and were of Deptford. She was apparently a Irish Gypsy women who deserted the family about 1891.

I have Michael Mullins in my tree, he was born in Limerick.  He married my aunt Mary Mcgrath from Dungarvan Co Waterford, in June 1935 at St Patrick's Church , Church Hill, Sydney, Austrailia.  He was 43 years old, his father (who was deceasedby this time), was also name Michael, and his mother was Julia Kelly.  Micheal (the son) was a farmer in Tully.  I believe Michael died in approx 1940's.  Please let me know if there is a connection here.

Hi Maggie
Sorry, don't think your Mullins is connected to mine, but I will check again to make sure.
There are several Patrick, Michael, John Mullins and so on , just in the one parish of Kilbehenny that I mentioned before, but I only am really sure about the ones who are related to my Baileys.
Good luck with your searching!
