Hi there,
Am curious if you're researching LONGWORTH family?
I've got Johanna (supposedly son of Hugh but not sure on that) LONGWORTH  in my line.
Johanna chr Saint Katherine Blackrod, Lancashire 1738 married William Wilding.

Am wondering the marriage you mention may be a relation of hers somehow. I know it's a long shot but I'm desperate to break through the brick wall I'm up against with her!
Have you come across fellow researchers of the LONGWORTH line at all?

Lilygirl.

Sorry it's taken so long to reply - been abroad and no internet connection.  I'm not researching the Longworths at all I'm afraid.  This marriage certificate was a red herring.  I'm researching my Collins lot but later discovered my Joseph was a miner not a hatter.
