I am trying to find

Terrance CULLEN he was b september 1910, Ballybricken, Waterford.
his parents were william and Mary Cullen - William was a labourer

If you're asking for a census look up, I'm afraid you'll have to wait until 2011 as the 1911 census isn't released for 100 years after it was taken.

The Irish 1911 census is available - I have accessed it through LDS ordering and also in Ireland.
This is one of those occasions when I say to myself .. I think..

Sometimes we're not such a 'Great' Britain are we?  Don't know why we are such fuddy duddys over the 100 year rule!

lol. be careful what you wish for,  mine trace back on three sides to Ireland and it's a nightmare when you don't even know the county  ;D ;D ;D
