1851 lookup for PATERSON in Glasgow please

Please can someone look for PATERSONS in Lanark, possibly Glasgow or Old Monkland.

Alexander Paterson aged around 26 wright/joiner journeyman.
his wife Janet/Jessie Gibb of similar age.
I would be particularly interested to know if they are living with anyone else.

Also his parents John Paterson and Jean Eadie, presumably 50ish.  John was a cabinetmaker.

In the 1851 index living in Old Monkland, Lanarkshire you have

Alexander Paterson aged 25 born in Bothwell
Janet Paterson aged 28 born in Dalziel
and appearing to be living with them is
James Lang aged 6 born New York
Ann Lang aged 4 born New York

Sorry, I couldn't find the parents there are 147 John Paterson's and none of those over 50 appear to tie in with Jean ... The Eadie family is also quite well represented.

There is a 61 yr old John Paterson born and living in Bothwell with him appears to be a daughter Janet Paterson aged 28

An 1851 directory for Staffordshire lists John Eadie as a travelling tea dealer. It was reported that he returned to Scotland but no death found in Scottish death index. At marriage of his daughter Agnes in 1869 he is not shown deceased but neither is wife Agnes; at the death of his daughter Jean in 1859 his wife is shown as deceased but not him. David Livingstone's father was also a travelling tea salesman. Not found in England for 1861 of 1871 Censuses or in 1871 Census for Scotland. There is a possible death in English death index.

Eadie as previously noted is well researched. Previous to this Burden, Rae  & Bannatyne Family, perhaps not so well researched.

However, unlike the last post er, I never found this as true until I met 4th Cous Andrew via my 4th Cous Mal. Sorry to sound as if I a bam boozling yourself. If you want to pursue Abercrombie Eadie Burden  Rae Bannatyne, then specific post research is best enunciated first off.
