WW2, Where do I look?

Hi Wonderfuls!! 8) 8) 8)

I was wondering if some kind person could tell  me the best site to search for info on the WW2 soldiers.

I am looking for info on 'Edwin Ernest Roberts'
possibly with the Welsh Fusiliers.

I have tried the National Archives .....with no luck...
