Although listed as Summers maybe the enumeartor couldn't read his writing when transcribing his own work.

Thanks, but Robert Cornelius Cummins marriage 1867 cert to ANN DYER received yesterday looks like another false trail am afraid.
Ann Dyers father listed is James Dyer a Chair Maker.
The James Dyer am looking for is a Blacksmith.
