Fowler / Barton - Pathhead

Hi, looking into my GG Uncle Joseph Fowler who married Isabella Barton.

Details I have so far are:
Joseph Fowler; born c1878, Scarthingwell Yorkshire
Died: 19 July 1911 - Prestonhall, Pathhead (gunshot to head) - he was a gamekeeper so assuming accident but is what I'm trying to find out (the report did say self inflicted but does that mean suicide or accident?).

Married Isabella Barton on 8 July 1911
born 4 October 1885, Greenhill, Saddell (does anyone know where this is?). I cannot find any death for Isabella. Her parents were Thomas and Elizabeth Barton (nee Mackinlay).

If you "google " Saddell, you will find out that it is on the Mull of Kintyre penisula

Thanks for the info which is most helpful.

I'm also trying to find out where Joseph would have been buried.  I've gone round the graveyards and contacted Midlothian Council, but with no luck.

Joseph (I believe) was catholic.  I assume he died by accident (not suicide especially as he had only been married 11 days).
