1891 Census look up please - EDMONDS

please could you help me locate a John Edmonds in 1891 and 1901 to see if it's possible to clarify who his mother is/was

in the 1881 census he is found at : RG11, Piece 5627 Folio 43, page 5

John Edmonds age 1 born st peter's port.

No joy I 'm afraid  he is listed as being a Flambard in 1891 and still with his granny Mary Flambard,  and in the 1901 he is still with them but back under his own name.

hmm...makes me think he was illegitimate then, if they cant decide on a surname. were there many EDMOND lads around at that time who could have...."done the deed" so to speak.
