1891 census Scotland
« on: Monday 12 January 04 23:48 GMT (UK) »
My great grandparents, John and Martha Murray, along with their children, Elizabeth Baird, Josiah McCormick, William Stewart, Martha and John, appear on the 1881 and 1901 census in Glasgow, but are missing from the 1891 census.  How can I find them?
Thank you.
Gail

Thank you.  Yes, my great grandmother was born in Ireland.  That gives me a lot to think about!

I have an Elizabeth Baird in my tree as being in Lockerbie/Lochmaben in Dumfriesshire but dont have a date of birth for her.  Her husband was John Wilkieson and they had three children  who were born in Old Luce, Wigtown between period of 1867-1868, not sure if any connection.
