Intentions to marry Christchurch New Zealand

I sent away for the marriage  certificate of my Grandparents Elizabeth Sarah Fleming & Cecil Sydney Vessey married ChCh Catherdral 26/7/1911. Most disappointed. Told Me nothing. Is there anyone that could  do a lookup for me Intentions to marry,Perhaps it may  show me more information.
