Checking Scotlands People at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk and without using a last name for Elizabeth, there were 4 marriages between 1870 & 1877 for a Robert Cunningham and Elizabeth in Glasgow.
1 in Calton in 1877
1 in Glasgow (Central) in 1873
2 in Highchurch both in 1871

Although on the Census for 1881, it says that Henrietta was born in Glasgow, there were no births for her there. I did find her birth in Midlothian.

I found a death for an Elizabeth Cunningham (Other surname: Turner) in 1921 in Gorbals. Age at death was 64. That would put her birth in or around 1857.

There were 4 births in total for that time frame, and only 1 in Glasgow.
Elizabeth Turner - 1856 - High Church, Glasgow

You could try to confirm the marriage by looking at the birth certificate for Henrietta as it should be there, as it should show her when and where her parents were married. The same would be for Elizabeth Turner, providing of course that the one born in 1856 is indeed yours.

Also, there is a Robert Cunningham born in 1856 in Leith, Midlothian. Perhaps this is yours, as this is the same place daughter Henrietta was born.

Don't let the place of birth on Census hold you back from checking other entries, as I have relatives that on all census' stated they were born in Glasgow, when in reality they were born in Ireland.

I also have one relative whose name was Isaac, but he also went by the name of William. (I have no idea why, as the name William was never mentioned on any "official" document.)

Although time consuming, it may be worth it to check out your nearest Family History Library. 

Unfortunately, I found nothing on the Vital Records Index.
