1841 census look up please: Bowen

I am looking for the household of a John Bowen and Maria in 1841. At least one child Mary b. 1837 in Ilston Gower.
When Mary was born they were living in Carters Ford, Ilston but may have moved nearer Swansea by 1841.

Any help would be much appreciated

Is there a John Bowen in the 1841 census approx. 30-35 years old, but not born in the county?

To be honest, the born in or out of county is not totally reliable. Many times I have seen it down wrong.
As this John Bowen matches the details you first put forward, then I would think he is the right one.  Have you found them on the 1851.

Hi,

Yes I have just found the family on the 1851 census and its not the same John Bowen as I already have his details from this census.
My John Bowen is from Essex b. c1810 and in 1851 is a stonemason living as a lodger with his mother Elizabeth. I know he had a son b 1841 Swansea
