Just in case anybody is interested ...... this is from the National Archives in Ireland - it's personal papers - wills - deeds etc! might take a while to wade through but you might be lucky!!

When the pdf file opens you should get a new row of Adobe (name of the programme) icons which work with the pdf file.  One of them is a pair of binoculars, this is your search.

Hmmmm I remember having a problem with that on the other pewter.  If your search doesn't work (and you can test it by searching for a word you can actually see on the page) I changed to view it in Internet Explorer where it did work.  Thought it was the fault of Firefox at the time but it works with Firefox on another pewter so I don't know what was wrong the first time.

Give it a go you people, saves you reading it ALL, save you some time for Rootschatting.
