1841 Look-up for Colville and Blyth

I am researching Colville and Kelly family. I have managed to get a few census entries in Liverpool and Lancashire. John Kelly 1827 Ireland married Mary Colville 1826 (?) Scotland. On one of the Kelly ones John and Mary have Mary's sister Elizabeth living with them and her birth is down as 1812. Father is John Colville 1889/or 1890 depending on which census you look at and Elizabeth 1788 or 1789 both born Scotland. At the moment I have problems because Kellys do not appear on 1851 or 1841 in Liverpool despite the fact that on marriage certificate they were both living in Portland Street Liverpool in 1846. Colvilles are on 1851 census living in Portland street but are not on 1841. Maybe Colvilles were still in Scotland? I have been sent details of Colvilles whose names check out Elizabeth's birth the same but Mary's is given as 1824 Markinch. Two names on the list of siblings appear to have signed the marriage cert so I think it is the same family and if so all the children were born in Fife. Any help however small would be very much appreciated as I seem to be in a pickle. If these details I received are the same Elizabeth's maiden name was Blyth. Julie

Is there any way anyone can get hold of the GRO Reference for the marriage of Elizabeth Blyth and John Colville? it appears on the Latter Day Saints info as 19 November 1809 Cupar Fife Scotland. I would like to be able to apply for a copy of marriage certificate. Hopefully Julie

You can always send for  a copy of the parish extract there is no real certificates until 1855 the reference numbers are as follows
