Abergavenny baptism circa 1803
« on: Wednesday 18 January 06 09:03 GMT (UK) »
I'm looking for a baptism of William LEWIS  circa 1803 in Abergavenny. I have checked the IGI and not found him there. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Only detials I have on him are from the 1851 Census: Cattle Dealer, at Hereford St Martin. He was married in Hereford in 1827 to Mary Ann JENNINGS and lived in Hereford until at least 1851 - not found on 1861 Census yet.

Thanks Nigel (and Dai Rowland),
I found Wm s/o Wm & Theodisia Sophia Lewis 20 May 1803, and 2 sisters. I Hope the mother's name will make this line easier to trace back

Thanks Rhys,
This is him. I didn't know about Eliza or William. I'll see what I can find on them now.
