This is the only Redstone household I can see at St Helier in 1851:
HO107/2527 548 17
12 Halkett Place
Willm Redstone, head, wid, 57, Bookseller, b. England
Mary, dau, unm, 22, Assistant in shop, b. England Isle of Wight
