POOL(E) and COKLEY in Cork

Hi.

I've managed to trace a line of my family back to:

Andrew Poole (born about 1816 in County Cork)
and
Bridget Coakley or Cokley or Cockley (this list is endless) (also born in County Cork about 1821)

They marred in Cardiff on 1 August 1840

I know it's a long shot, but I thought someone may be able to help me go back even further.
P.S. I have a sneaking (but pretty much unfounded) suspicion that Bridget's parents are called John and Honora.
