National Archives Lookup please

Hi, please would it be possible for anyone to do a lookup for me at the National Archives in the Kilmainham Hospital Records. It regards a George Hambleton of Leek who according to an old form I have was discharged from the hospital to be pensioned off about the 30th October 1822.

Would be very grateful for any help anybody could give me.
