Henry Thomson 1841 and 1851

Hello
I am looking for some info on Henry Thomson b about 1800 married 1824 to Janet McGregor and they had 2 children that I know of namely Agnes b 1827 and Henry b 1834 and possibly a John.
Janet died prior to 1845 and Henry remarried in 1847 to a Mary McGill ( a widow ) and they had at least 3 children namely Elizabeth b 1848, William b 1850 and Maitland b 1853.

 Henry Thomson and family in 1841/51 index. This index gives no birthplaces.
Janet is not with the family in 1841 census.

I also had a look at the 1861 index, this index does have birthplaces.
Wife Mary's age is a bit out going by 1851 census
