Seeking any connections for William Rice, c1817 born Tregaron Cardigan. Married Elizabeth ? c1814 from Pembroke. 

William was a Tailor & Draper, in 1851 they are in Ifon Street, 1871 census (mistranscribed as Rise) 36 Walter Street.  William dies 1876.

Family are in Dowlais Merthyr from 1851.  Children are:

John c 1842 Tregaron
Mary c 1844 Dowlais, Merthyr
Charlotte c 1852 Dowlais, Merthyr - have all married info

RG 9/4059 Page 28.
36, Walter St, Merthyr Tydfil.
William Rice, Head, Widower, 42, Tailor, Cardiganshire Cargo.
Charlotte Rice, Daug, 9, Scholar, Glamorganshire Merthyr.
Thos Rice, father, Widower, 81, Tailor, Cardiganshire Tregaron.
Charlotte Cumnor, Neice, 23, Housekeeper, Middlesex London.
