1851 Census - HELP NEEDED PLEASE

I am looking for George Barker, 59 years, don't know where he was born, occupation:  Excise/Revenue Officer.

In the 1841 census he is with his wife Sarah and children in
Buckinghamshire and he was NOT born in the county.

When one of his sons George Jnr. married in 1849 on the marriage certificate does not say that his father is deceased.

In the 1851 census George's (Snr) wife, Sarah and one of the daughters are with George, Jnr in Golborne, Lancs, but it
does not give on the census the marrital status of Sarah (George, Snr wife).

I have just gone through all the counties for the 1851 census
on 'The Genealogist' (and used most of my credits) with no luck.  I have tried for a death on freebmd, but not knowing where he was living from 1841 to 1851 (they seemed to move around a lot) and not knowing where he was born, it is difficult to know if he is one of the deaths.

If no one can find him in the IOM I will have to assume that
he has died.
