dear elaine,
thankyou for the look up it certainly helps,fairly certain its them as catherine scott maiden name is ross i believe its her sister living with them.  curious to know the relationship abbrevation CL against Marie ross 19 name.

You are very welcome. CL on a census means sister-in-law.
I've always been curious as to why it is CL and not at least
SL? Oh well, glad to help...........
