Has anyone any info on Kings or Reddens in Limerick?   Thank you  :)

Hi L23 - If the children were born in Ireland you could try for a birth certificate as the dates are after 1864 and you have the names of both parents - this would give you an area/parish.
If not the marriage certificate should  give the area/parish and the names of both fathers.
It's usually quicker to apply to the local office(Limerick)  rather than the main office in Roscommon. The local offices accept cash and I think the cost is ten euro.
Civil registration in Ireland started in 1864 so before then you would have to try for the parish records.(only Church of Ireland marriages go back to 1845).
