Hello Kazza
Are you still logged on to the trail of Pitten. I have a MARY ANN PIITEN born about 1870 in my family tree. In 1881 she is living at 15, Ascog Street, Roath, Cardiff. Her father is Henry Pitten (born in Cardiff 1838-9) and her mother is Mararet Pitten (born in Gelligaer 1843) all the males work on the railways.
George Pitten (born 1871-2) Mary Ann's younger brother later married Beatrice before 1901, they became the parents of my granmother, Gwendoline Margaret Pitten (born 1889).
In 1901 my grandmother's gran Margaret (Henry had died by then), was living at 9, Moon Street, Roath.
In 1901 my gran (Gwenedoline) was living at 46, Cycle Street, Roath. And at 10, Rose Street, Roath on their wedding day in 1914.
Do any of these names ring a bell?
Gwenedoline married a WALTER WALTERS, I have been looking at the Walters family, but would like to know a little more of the Pitten family.

Hello
My great grandparents lived at 9 Moon Street, Cardiff in 1921.  They were David and Catherine Thomas.  My grandfather John was also there .   I have connections to the Pitten family too. Catherine's mother was Elizabeth Pitten who married Frederick Brown.  Elizabeth was sister to Mary Ann Pitten.
best regards
