Query a Place Name

Could anyone tell me please if there is a name of a place called  Melrown in Cambridge.  it was on the 1861 census,

 I cannot find it, I am looking for Thomas Thompson and family,  Thomas was born ab: 1828 
               Clare  NZ

There is a place called Meldreth and and I think Melbourn is in cambs. as well.
