Can I also make a plea for someone to report back on this after the event? Those of us not living in the area who have ancestors from E Yorks will be most interested to see if any of our distant relatives happen to be taking part.

Thanks
E Yorks - Carver, Steels, Cross, Maltby, Whiting, Moor, Laybourn
W Yorks - Wilkinson, Kershaw, Rawnsley, Shaw
Norfolk - Carver, Dowson
Cheshire - Berry, Cooper
Lincs - Berry
London/Ireland/Scotland/Lincs - Sullivan
Northumberland/Durham - Nicholson, Cuthbert, Turner, Robertson
Berks - May
Beds - Brownell

I've volunteered for the Saturday but can't do the Friday (working, sadly).  I don't know what to expect, or how much involvement I will be allowed.  I will try to report back, but as Bee says it will be best to listen to the radio.
