Birth Lookup - Penrith - Elizabeth Hope

I'm looking for the birth of my g, g, g grandmother Elizabeth Hope.  According to census information she was born in Penrith.  I belive her father's name to be Robert & had brothers named Richard, Robert & William.  I would particularly like to know the name of her mother if possible.  I'd be very grateful for any information anyone could give.  Many thanks in advance.
