Hi Pauline,

Yep think that has to be him.
Not really that common a name at that time.

I'd found what I thought to be him in 1881 as basket maker just wanted to make sure I was on the right track. (and was hoping to find other family with him! but oh well!) Does it say in 1861 William is his son by any chance?? Guess you'd have to assume it would be do you think????
