Hi all, trying to track down my mothers family.
Her name              Hazel may FOLLAND Born 18Jan1916
Her fathers name  Robert John Folland  1892 ? - 1916
Mother                   Margaret Elizabeth    1890 - 1976
Brother                  Sam
Sister                     Violet
I believe they lived in Bonymaen Swansea at the time my grand father was killed on the Somme in ww1.
I also believe her mother  remarried soon after to become Margaret Jones.

Great grand father's name Thomas Folland no dates.


Any information would be greatly appreciated

                            HAZEL was born in swansea.. and the birth certificate reference is
                  page 256..vol 11a.........number 2031.... hope this is of some use to you.....

just did quite a search for you.. marriage records for margaret folland 1916 till1920... cant find a reference for you... will try for after those dates.. goodluck  jui

Hi Jui thanks for input , Re margaret Folland marriage would have been prior to 1916, mum had older bro and sis, by I think same spouse,  maybe 1910 or there abouts?  Cheers

hello .... may be bingo time... just found margaret folland.... married william jones... june 1908......  page 198... 11a.... 2169.... they married in havorfordwest... hope this helps..

Thanks Jui, but Margaret married a Jones after John Folland got wasted in 1916. Info garnered from cousin in England last night, thanks for your inut once again!

hi... just looked at records... maybe &only maybe........this might be your Robert Folland:-
                      5a   178    page 254..... born alderbury.says june 1890 with aquestion mark.becauce the file has explicit or implicit breaks........ whatever that means.. byeeee...
