Hi Allie, there is a Sarah Howell living in 2 Hawthorn Cottage,  Llandysilio, Llanfyllin in 1911. Could this could be your Hasthorn House?
She is listed as mother in law. Daughter is Fanny born Welshampton, Shrops., married ten years to Samuel.
Also listed is Edward Stokes as nephew born Welshampton, Shrops.

It says Sarah was born in Manchester as well, not Shropshire, so could be your Mindtown.

Both men worked on the railways.

Skewy.

Hi Allie, Fanny married Samuel Croxton 1st quarter 1901. Listed as Ellesmere.

I note however Welshampton is in Ellesmere.

Hi Allie, in 1901 Fanny and Samuel are listed as Croston, not Croxton on the Ancestry census. Sarah is living with them though at 9 Leek Street, Wem in Shropshire.

Skewy.

Mindtown or Myndtown is a village near Lydbury North in Shropshire. Could it be this?
