William Blencowe marriage to Eliza

I am looking for the marriage of William Blencowe to Eliza.

According to the censuses Eliza was born about 1844 in either Newton Farrers or Revelstoke in Devon. William was born in Chislehurst about 1840.

Their first child,Emily was born in Devonport about 1867,so i'm assuming they married just before then, possibly in Devon.

However family are in Sussex when second daughter (Alice Catherine 1869)is born.

Originally thought Eliza's surname was king, but now not so sure.

If anyone can help unravel this mystery I'll be most grateful.
