How impressive this all is - congrats to you all - I do hope it is on again, I am looking forward to a better picture of Graceland  ;D  ;D

The downside - I think I have lost the 30 000  competition  :(   :(    :(

I have just received an e-mail from Clare, who organised the Family History Day in Gloucester.

She thanks everyone for their hard work and describes the event as enormously sucessful.  The 200+ feedback forms praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the "helpers".  All in all, they were very pleased with the way things went & would like us to help out next time!

Clare has had a few days off to recover, hence the "late" note of thanks - I am sure she can be forgiven!!

You have done us all very proud  ;D It is great to see the pictures.

Since the weekend we have seen a sharp rise in new members and for the first time ever we have had two days with over 100,000 clicks !!!! Pretty sure we are getting a surge from Gloucestershire.
