Any data on arrival of Gough family. detailed in St. Helier 1871. Susanne, John and five children?

Is their first child Lydia?

If so the 1861 census is a bit confusing - it appears to give their place of birth as St Martin England - the St Martin part dittoed from Jersey above.  Lydia is 3 months old & born St Martin Jersey.
