Can anyone please help me find any connections to my Grandad John Morgan Bruce he lived at 34 Overnewton St, Glasgow.dob 10/8/1900? dod 8/1/56 or 57. He worked as a Coal Merchant and married Christine Bruce nee Menzies, she had twin sisters Josephine and Flora, Flora was a dress maker. They moved from Scotland to live in England.

To proceed further I would suggest visiting the Scotlands people site at http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/.
It is a pay site, £6 for 30 credits and you may be able to find his birth certificate and from that his parents details.... another route is the 1901 census on the same site.
I've had a quick look and there are 18 John Bruce's listed as born between 1895 and 1905 in Glasgow City .... this gets narrowed down to 4 for 1900-1901 (putting in Morgan gets no results).
