Hi all

does anyone know anything on Peel Hall Hospital Little Hutton Worsley ?

one of my lot died  their in 1948 looks like he died of TB

why would he be thier when my lot all come from Liverpool

Hi Robbo,

I suspect it is Peel Hall Hospital Little Hulton Worsley which is just North of Manchester.  If you go to this link http://www.mortfamily.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=30&Itemid=48 you will see that it was converted to a TB hospital in 1912 so that may be why your relative was there.  You may be able to find out more local information if you post to the Lancashire list.
