New member BEDDOW (S)

My family came from Madeley/Broseley/Ironbridge area, I have got my familytree back to 1741 with Richard and Mary BEDDOW (neeThornley), the family moved to Garston Liverpool early 1900s and where we gained a S and became BEDDOWS.

Three brothers went to the Great War and only one returned, Bertram and John Henry KIA, have all their details but cant find local memorial.

Have lots of information to share.

Other surname interests :- PRYCE(Montgomeryshire) KERR (Sunderland)

Warwickshire, Staffordshire are not all that far from Shropshire, and there are also Lancashire and Yorkshire Beddows in the results ....

i have a lot of beddows in my tree iv got back to about 1800s
some are from shropshire/shrewsbury and ended up living in b,ham
my adopted grandad was a beddows and married a harrison

Hi there, I have seen your postings, my family came from Broseley/Ironbridge area of Shropshire, have got back to 1741 census.
