1851/1861 Lookup Help Required

Have had a search of both 1851/1861 census for the family below as found in the 1841 census.

After disappearing for the next 2 censuses some reappear in the 1871/81 have tried all the variants on the surname I can think of. 

Does these appear in anyones tree's all can they be found in the census a little further afield.

I had found Birkett.

Joseph died in 1852 so you wont find him after that, Mary lived until 1865 (Newark) but still missing 1861..

I had found Birkett. - you did say they had all disappeared for 2 census after 1841

Presumably you also found Joseph the son as well?

A small tip - search under all the details except surname and then scroll down the list for possibles ie. Surgoose, Turgoove etc. Or search under all details and Tur*

That's how I find them. Don't guess at names.

Have you looked for marriages for the daughters?

even with the details you have found I cannot locate them in the 1851/61 census,  I had birkett 71 onwards.

Think I need to find a new lookup service.
