Frodshams from Congleton

Hi, Im new here and I'm looking for some help finding my relations from the Congleton area of Cheshire.  I'm interested in the 1851 census and the parents and siblings of Jonathan Frodsham born 1811.  His place of birth is unknown but most of his children came from Congleton and Buglawton.
Can anyone help?

Checked the 1851 census and found just 1 Jonathan Frodsham.

Ho107/2186. Toxteth Park, Liverpool.
Upper Harrington.
Jonathan Frodsham, H, M, 53, Sawyer, b Chorley Cheshire.
Jane Frodsham, W, M, 41, b Chorley Cheshire.

I also looked at 1861 census and found just 1 Jonathan.
RG9/2632. Upton by Chester, Cheshire Lunatic Asylum.
Jonathan Frodsham, patient, 50, Shoemaker, b Bunbury.

Thankyou.  Jonathan's wife was called Hannah, maiden name unknown.

However the 1861 census of Jonathan would be right as his wife and children live at one address and he does not, yet he died in 1864.  The age would be right as he was born in 1811.  I'm trying to trace his parents but now I know he was born in Bunbury, Cheshire, I need to look there.
Any more help I would be grateful for.
